Telangana 2BHK Sanction List

TS 2BHK Beneficiary List 2026
Previously, the Government provided 260 s.f. of housing with a single room. The “Double Bedroom Housing” provides 2 bedrooms, a hall, a kitchen and two toilets. @BHK scheme provides 560 sq. ft.
Target groups – Rural – SC/ST – 50% minorities, 7%, and balance 43% for others.
Urban SC 17%, ST 6%, Minority 12%, and the balance 65% for others.
TS 2BHK Selection Criteria – The beneficiaries will select for 2BHK by the District level committee as per GO Ms.
The applications called for 2BHK from eligible beneficiaries as per the schedule given by the District Collectors, and the same were collected during the Gram Sabha by the relevant officers.
Scrutiny will be done at the Gram Sabha, and based on the verification, beneficiaries will be selected. The Tehsildar will give the final beneficiary list.

Indiramma Indlu 2.0 scheme’s objective to provide subsidised 2BHK to below poverty line. 2BHK Scheme focusing on providing pucca houses to rural and urban families.
